Plaintiff's legal brief in opposition to Kean University's motion to dismiss his lawsuit

Attached is the link to the brief I filed in response to Kean University's motion to dismiss my case. In it you will be able to read what my lawsuit is all about.

The ramifications of the lawsuit are that, if successful, new rights will be judicially established for adjuncts who are the victims of unfair treatment by their institutions of higher education.

What we have been unable to achieve through negotiation and organized action, we may achieve through the courts.
